Why is it priced per vessel?

Because the real operational unit is the vessel. A 2-vessel fleet with the best model shouldn't pay the same as one with 20, but should pay the same price per vessel if using the same intelligence.

Can I change the number of vessels?

Yes. Adding or removing vessels takes effect at the next billing cycle. No commitment.

What does the 14-day trial include?

Full access to the chosen level for all your vessels. A card is required to start the trial, but no charge is made during the 14 days. Cancel before and you pay nothing.

Is there a discount for annual billing?

Yes, an additional 20% off the monthly price if you contract annually. It stacks with the volume discount.

When are predictions updated?

Weekly, every Monday, with the latest available oceanographic data. Predictions are ready before noon.
